The first week of Muchacha Italiana Viene a Casarse was very lucid but immediately after that the story fell apart. The icy tension between the members of the Angeles family, the ambiguous motivation of the evil Federica and the absurd resignation of Fiorella to marry Vittorio (Enrique Rocha) were just some of the circumstances that detracted from the unity and credibility of this melodrama. The story was meant to be a sweet romance, but the good intentions were not enough.

If they had explained the character’s background, it would be clear why the role was assigned to Isela Vega. Eloísa looked very elegant but the tone in which Isela Vega said her lines did not match her image.

We have seen a lot of good things from Mike Biagio but as Osvaldo Angeles he has been the worst. Instead of projecting the evil of the character, Biagio gritted his teeth and snorted to make us think he was really bad.
