It is in Chamberí and is a neighbor of the Glorieta de Bilbao. Its name alludes to an ancestral religious character, Cardenal Cisneros street, as if it were magic, stands as a temple of tasty and international food … and how not? Of many beers that come from different corners of the world … today we make seven succulent stops in it Welcome!

The Beergarden Store: A space dedicated to the dissemination of the culture of craft beer (Craft beer), with a varied selection and a beer brewed in-house.    They defend respect for raw materials and brewing processes, promote creative and experiential consumption and offer tasting workshops with pairings. A place of worship in the beerlovers’ blogs because they seek to share beer as an emotion, a feeling associated with great moments.  Cardenal Cisneros, 10 : Tel: 670 559008 : Web

Tacos Chapultepec: Tiny and colorful place where Mexican flavors fill everything. Tacos, tamales and flavored waters make up its gastronomic proposal and make us travel to the Aztec country.    Its main secret is the homemade recipes, natural products and the Nixtamal tortilla, hot and soft. Pay attention to their fruit margaritas, they are a spectacle. Street spirit and casual, the authentic Mexican essence in its best streetfood version and in the heart of the Chamberí neighborhood. Tepic madrid

The present Complutense University of Madrid is the one founded by Cardinal Cisneros as a consequence of the Carta Bulada “Inter cetera”, granted by Alexander VI, on April 13, 1499, to grant the Cardinal the privilege of founding and building a School College to be located in Alcalá de Henares. The documents that leave the pontifical chancellery are three, dated on the same date. The document “Inter cetera” belongs to the category of “carta bulada” -that is, it is not a bull or “littera solemne”- and, specifically, it is a “littera graciosa” or letter of mercy; it is a parchment with semi-gothic handwriting that is preserved in the National Historical Archive.

In 1510, the Cardinal promulgated the Constitutions of the Colegio Mayor de San Ildefonso; in these Constitutions, the regulations for the studies of Arts, and those related to the Faculties of Theology, Canon Law and Medicine are set out in great detail. It is also contemplated that other studies such as Grammar and Greek should be established (Constitutions 38 to 58).
